Mike O'Neil Biography
Mike is real estate broker who also has experience in new construction, renovation and real estate valuation. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in American History. He was first licensed as a real estate broker in New Hampshire in 1981 and is currently licensed as a real estate broker in Maine. He worked for almost 20 years as a commercial real estate appraiser valuing a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He is currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Maine.
Mike was also a homebuilder for 10 years. As a builder he was very involved in every stage of the process from purchasing the land to the marketing of the homes. He has also renovated a number of single and multi-family homes, including a recent total renovation of a cape in Wells. Mike recently purchased a house lot in Wells and is building a home on the site.
