Pam and her husband Rick opened Exit Oceanside Realty April 1st 2012. She ran the office and took care of most of the advertising along with processing contracts and printing flyers. She and Rick opened another office in Eliot, Maine on June 1st 2013 and soon realized the importance of getting her Real Estate license. Now Rick and Pam work together to provide an excellent experience for their Buyers and Selling clients.

Pam is a life long resident of Wells and her knowledge of the area and surrounding towns help her in marketing and determining the needs of her clients.

Pam is very motivated and enjoys working with people to help them in their search for a new home or assisting them in the selling of their present home.

Pam is a member of the York County Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Rick and Pam together are members of the Wells Rotary and members of the Wells Chamber of Commerce.  Along with Exit Oceanside Realty they help ther community by donating to Habitat for Humanity and also work with Meals for Others, a program that donates food to Saint Marys food pantry.
