Administrator Interview

Pam Coyne, co-owner of EXIT Oceanside Realty, interviews their administrator Corey Susca.  

Pam:
Hi I'm Pam Coyne co-owner of EXIT Oceanside Realty here with our administrator Corey Susca. EXIT Realty Corp. International requires that all franchisees have an administrator in their office. They believe that an administrator is the backbone to a good smooth run office. Hi Corey how are you today?

Corey:
Good Pam how are you?

Pam:
Good! Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Corey:
Sure, I am 36 years old, I graduated with my associates degree in business administration in 2005 and I've been working as an admin ever since. On a more personal note I'm a single mom to a beautiful teenage daughter. We enjoy making new adventures and being outside and pretty much everything to do with the arts!

Pam:
Good! Now Corey how long have you been with EXIT Oceanside Realty?

Corey:
I have been with EXIT for about a year and a half now. I started in May of 2016.

Pam:
Good, could you give us a bird's eye view of some of the duties that you have here at the office?

Corey:
Sure! I greet the guests, I answer any questions they have, give them requested information, I answer the phones and direct calls, I help the agents with MLS, I help to do a lot of the marketing brochures, flyers, emails, I keep track of all the paper files and electronic files, I keep our internal database of deals and listing and I pretty much just do anything I can to make sure the office is running smoothly!

Pam:
Great! Now did you get an administrator bonus last year?

Corey:
I did absolutely! It was kind of a nice surprise I'd only been here for a couple months!

Pam:
Yeah well it's the EXIT Realty believes so strongly in the administrator program that they take a little bit of our transaction fees and put it into a fund and then at the end of the year they release it to the administrator directly with a big big THANK YOU!
