9 Podcasts for Realtors

Real Estate is all about learning and growth, but you don’t need to take a formal class to gain industry knowledge (although if you want to take a class check out our partnership with the CE Shop!). One of the most innovative ways to stay informed about what is happening in the industry and to grow your knowledge base is to listen to podcasts.
Podcasts have gained in popularity over the past couple of years, becoming a billion dollar business. In their 2021 article Forbes referenced Edison One and Triton Digital's data that said 41% of Americans over the age of 12 had listened to a podcast in the past month. And, the website Industry Intelligence predicted in their July 2021 article that "424.2 million podcast listeners worldwide in 2022, accounting for 20.3% of internet users" and that podcasting will be a $94.88 billion industry by 2028.
As realtors we would be crazy to leave this mine of information and inspiration unexplored. Today on the EXIT Oceanside Blog we are highlighting some of the best Real Estate podcasts out there, check it out!
1. The Ninja Selling Podcast
The Ninja Selling Podcast features Ninja Selling Coaches, Garrett Frey and Matt Bonelli, who discuss tips and tricks from top-producing agents around the country. They say their podcast is "for real estate agents, mortgage professionals, sales professionals and ANYONE looking to better their business to increase their income per hour."
2. Braver Real Estate Podcast with Danny Johnson
Danny Johnson is a Realtor, real estate investor, author of the book, Flipping Houses Exposed, and designer of the software system for real estate investors, Forefront CRM. The Braver podcast is geared towards helping real estate investors, agents, and entrepreneurs build a team so that they can "go from working in the business to working on the business".
3. Real Estate Dweller
The Real Estate Dweller podcast focuses on providing information to Buyers & Sellers. They cover the step by step process of selling and purchasing a home, investing, the mortgage process, insurance, property management, and much more.
4. Real Estate Reality
Holly Bellucci and Sean McGowan star in this podcast that seeks to give you the behind the scenes stories in Real Estate Reality. They write, "What do you get when Real Estate Agents, Inspectors, Cats, Brothels, Stripper Poles, and Dead Bodies show up to the Real Estate Reality Podcast Show?" The results are hilarious and totally relatable.
5. GLOAAT: The Real Estate and Mortgage Podcast
GLOAAT is co-hosted by Cody Stevens and James Shelby. This podcast provides insight, actionable advice, and valuable stories from from top producers and and other real estate professionals! This is not a "get rich quick" or Instagram "guru" system. This is a podcast that will give you real strategy that works for real people.
6. The Real World of Real Estate
The Real World of Real Estate podcast is hosted by Gerald Tostowaryk, a 30 year real estate veteran. He provides information on all aspects of "real estate from investing to economics, market conditions, interesting stories, regulations, you name it."
7. Hometown Real Estate Heroes Podcast
In the Hometown Real Estate Heroes Podcast host Miranda Marquit talks with seasoned Real Estate Investors, Landlords, and Leaders to share "their journeys and expertise and discuss the power of real estate investment."
8. Hustle Humbly
Hustle Humbly is hosted by Alissa Jenkins and Katy Caldwell, who are two top producing Realtors in the Baton Rouge area. Their podcast focuses on finding your individual real estate super power. They are all about "fostering #communityovercompetition", honing your mindset and best practices while encouraging you to be yourself.
9. The Real Estate Strategies Podcast
Real Estate Strategies features Ken McElroy, a real estate guru, who touts financial freedom through real estate investing. In this podcast he shares his experience and insights on real estate, finance and investing.
